- At least four University of York students must be involved, with roles including performers, technicians, or producers.
- The lead applicant must be an undergraduate or postgraduate student in either English and Related Literature or the School of Arts and Creative Technologies.
- Performances must take place before 1 July 2025, with at least one performance held in York.
- Applicants must provide a detailed plan and cost breakdown, including how the funding will be used and its impact.
