Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Class of 2025 Progression Scholarship, you must:

  • Be graduating from an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of Exeter in Summer 2025.

  • Progress directly into a standalone postgraduate programme (taught or research) starting in the 2025/26 academic year.

  • Meet all the entry requirements for your chosen postgraduate course.

  • Enrol in a qualifying programme between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026.

This scholarship is open to Home and International students, and also includes online postgraduate programmes and PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education). However, law courses delivered by the University of Law and MA Education (Online) are not eligible.

    • For Research Programmes (MPhil/PhD): Use the standard postgraduate application portal.

    • For PGCE programmes: Apply via the Department for Education (DfE) portal.

  2. Meet all entry requirements and enrol in your course between 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026.

Once enrolled, the scholarship will be applied automatically to your fee statement.
