  • Be able to pay remaining tuition fees not covered by the scholarship

  • Demonstrate sufficient funds to cover living costs, visa, and travel expenses

  • Accept the offer and hold an unconditional offer letter by 30 April 2026

  • Pay net tuition fees for the first year by 1 November 2026

  • Begin studies in September 2026 deferrals are not permitted
