Core Requirement: The Claverton Employability Passport

To receive the scholarship, students must complete activities across three themes:

1. Employability Support

Year 1

  • Attend CSP 3-day non-residential summer school 3–5 June 2026

  • Prepare for and attend a careers fair

Year 2

  • Attend CSP 2-day non-residential summer school

  • Complete one day of work experience or work shadowing

2. Inspiring & Enriching Experiences

Year 1

Minimum 15 hours in an employability experience such as:

  • Outreach or departmental ambassador roles

  • Volunteering with charities or non-profits

  • Micro-internships

Year 2

Complete two experiences, each 10+ hours, such as:

  • Academic representative role

  • International summer school

  • Corporate internship

3. Personal & Professional Development

Year 1

  • Complete the University’s NeverOK training

  • Attend an SU-led Skills Training workshop

Year 2

  • Complete any certified course of your choice minimum 6 hours
