Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if all of the following apply:

You are commencing studies at Durham Law School in October 2026

You have Home (UK) fee status

Your household income is below £47,200, as assessed by Student Finance England or equivalent

You have been educated at a state-maintained UK school or college for your entire education or since arrival in the UK for asylum seekers/refugees

You are of Black Heritage:

Dual or Mixed Heritage including Other Black backgrounds

You receive and accept an offer for the LLB Law (M101) programme at Durham University
Important: Scholarship funding is conditional upon meeting course entry requirements and enrolling at Durham.
Benefits
