Tuition Fees

Universities in Scotland have different fee structures for EU and international students. EU students can study an undergraduate course for free, while international students typically pay between £1,820 and £9,250 per year. For postgraduate courses, EU students pay between £1,820 and £3,475, while international students pay between £10,000 and £20,000.
In Wales, the Welsh Government offers a tuition fee loan of up to £5,190 for EU students studying an undergraduate course. International students are not eligible for this loan, and so they must pay the full tuition fee, which ranges from £9,000 to £16,000 per year.
For postgraduate courses, EU students can apply for a tuition fee loan of up to £10,385. International students are not eligible for this loan, and so they must pay the full tuition fee, which ranges from £10,000 to £20,000 per year.
In Northern Ireland, the Department for the Economy offers a tuition fee loan of up to £4,030 for EU students studying an undergraduate course. International students are not eligible for this loan, and so they must pay the full tuition fee, which ranges from £9,250 to £16,000 per year.
