Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be self-funded
  • Be classified as an ‘overseas’ or ‘international-fee paying’ student for tuition fee purposes
  • Have applied for a full-time undergraduate course at the University of Warwick starting in Autumn 2024 before the UCAS application deadline of 31st January 2024
  • Submit a scholarship application before 12:00 pm on Wednesday 20th March 2024 BST
  • Receive an offer of a place to study at Warwick starting September 2024 by 16th May 2024

  • Half-fee awards: Up to 170 available
  • £2,000 awards: Up to 20 available

Application Process

  • Applications open on 1st February 2024
  • Eligible international applicants will receive details on how to formally apply for the scholarship
  • Applicants must first set up an IT account, which may take up to 48 hours to verify
  • The application form will prompt applicants to provide information about their academic and extracurricular achievements, their decision to study at Warwick, and how their excellence can benefit the Warwick community and the wider world
  • Responses should be limited to 150 words and provide context and relevance to the stated objectives
